Our Agent of Client Care is responsible for Client communication via inbound and outbound calling, researching Client inquiries and collecting payment through POS systems. The Manager will resolve any discrepancies or issues with the repair status or recovery of units by partnering with Geek Squad City, retail, corporate and Client.

Key accountabilities:

  • Respond to incoming Client calls and retail escalation as well as placing outbound calls concerning updates on Client repair or Data Recovery and keeping the Client informed through the repair process

  • Research Client or part issues through proprietary systems and provide Client centric solutions to ensure a quality Client experience

  • Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions via POS

  • Answer Client inquiries via email, phone or live chat in a professional manner while obtaining all necessary details of their concerns

  • Utilize trained out knowledge of retail and repair functions including parts, shipping, receiving, and entitlement to effectively address customer concerns

  • Communicate verbally and through written correspondence with GSC, retail and corporate partners about DRD, work completed, parts, warranty, entitlement and shipping

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 months experience with phone based customer service work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge and application of Windows based operating systems

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Able to sit for long periods of time

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months using proprietary systems

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and data recovery processes

  • Knowledge of UPS procedures and systems
