Marketing Manager - Senior Living

The Marketing Manager will be a key team member to the virtual care team, assisting with the management and development of campaigns. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Living business, working with new and existing clients, to introduce programs and services to increase resident engagement and end user adoption. Additional responsibilities include developing training material, program assets, and developing reporting standards to show effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Determine and align on program/client needs and strategy as the liaison with account management, offering management, and other internal function partners
2) Develop target campaigns to support vertical business including supporting any business to business needs and creating materials for the end-user
3) Manage the development, production, and organization of assets which could include product materials, client communication, care-giver information, and education materials for end user
4) Coordinate material approval between internal and external partners before executing
5) Oversee, execute, and manage the end-to-end strategy measuring performance with the acquisition through activation, engagement metrics, and retention
6) Manage the work with external creative agencies and internal partners
7) Develop and provide a regular dashboard and analysis on marketing initiatives, highlighting successful performance and outcomes, while also providing areas to address or opportunity
8) Proofread and or copywrite marketing content as needed

• 8+ years' progressive Marketing or related experience (including advanced education).
• 5-7 years in healthcare marketing experience required, preferably in senior living communities.
• 3 years in Business-to-Business marketing experience with an understanding of pull-through marketing preferred
• 3 years developing go-to market strategies management and budget tracking preferred
• 3 years event planning and managing
• Experience with program or product launches
• Familiarity with digital marketing: Web, Social Media, and Email
• Ability to think outside the box and provide refreshed and measurable communication strategies
• Comfortable with presenting ideas and sharing performance data/metrics
• Ability to identify potential risks and respond proactively
