Account Based Marketing Manager

The Account Based Marketing Manager will be a key team member to the virtual care team, assisting with the management and development of lead generation campaigns. This role will focus on the Payor, Senior Living, and Provider markets. While the role is heavily focused on digital marketing, additional responsibilities include interpreting data trends, proposing content strategy, and persona development.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Create and execute innovative and creative Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement
2) Align with marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
3) Provide ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to sales
4) Measure, analyze, and report on target account penetration on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as the impact of ABM efforts on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced)
5) Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leads
6) Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to ABM strategies like personalization platforms, direct mail providers, fulfillment services, etc.
7) Evangelize ABM across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns, and supporting the development and solidification of the ABM infrastructure.

• 8+ years' progressive Marketing or related experience (including advanced education).
• 5-7 years in healthcare marketing to payors, providers, and/or senior living communities.
• 3+ years in Business-to-Business marketing experience with an understanding account-based marketing and marketing automation
• 3+ years using marketing automation, email service provider, and contact database platforms.
• Experience working cross functionally to coordinate and implement ABM programs
• Experience with persona targeting account segmentation
• Experience with program or product launches
• Experienced in digital marketing: Web, Social Media, and Email
• Ability to think outside the box and provide refreshed and measurable communication strategies
• Comfortable with presenting ideas and sharing performance data/metrics
• Ability to identify potential risks and respond proactively
• Strong project management and time management skills
