The Virtual Care Offering Associate Director will develop and execute the strategy within Offer Management for Services. The Offering Associate Director is ultimately responsible for identifying offer components that will enhance and enable the overarching Offering; specifically focusing on opportunities to effectively leverage service experiences to engage with customers & partners. They will play a critical role within offer development and will represent the voice of the customer, identify and design new opportunities, prioritize offer components and perform competitive landscape assessments.

This leader will also be responsible for working collaboratively with Geek Squad, Caring Centers, Marketing, and Digital & Technology teams to effectively manage the offer roadmap and budget while ensuring a product/market fit for our offer(s) and customers. This person will have demonstrated success, and be an expert, in product or offer development with a strong understanding of value-added services, membership/loyalty and technology support.

Identifying Opportunities for Service led Offerings
  • Work with the Customer Office and Sales teams to identify the customer need(s) that each offer component will serve and clearly define and articulate the product/market fit based on customer feedback, market research and analysis.
  • Be an established category market expert in Virtual Care products & services, including a deep understanding of the competition.
  • Partner closely with Offering Management colleagues throughout strategy development and execution to ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience and support of the offering business model.
Definition of Offering Components
  • Develop a strategy for offer components, specifically focusing on opportunities that leverage services touchpoints across Offer Management, including tech support, engagement, and other value-added services based on offering strategy.
  • Prioritization of offering components, within the offering roadmap, and partnering with Geek Squad & Caring Centers, Digital & Technology, Customer Office and Operations teams to build out customer journey(s), cost implications and time-to-market trade-offs.
Partner Relationship and Performance Management
  • Establish and share criteria by which the cross-functional team can adequately evaluate partners and capabilities with the feedback necessary for them to grow and improve in our relationship.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external partners and internal team, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Influence without authority and manage upward and across peer groups.
  • Collaborate in in-person and remote work environments across multiple teams and levels.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience with bringing Virtual Care/Digital Health, Technology Services or Membership solutions to market
  • 5+ years partner management and negotiation
  • 5+ years cross-functional leadership and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Product or offer development with a strong understanding of value-added services, membership/loyalty and technology support
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence people, including without direct authority
  • Proven financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgeting processes
  • Excellent communication skills, including a proven history of relationship building, diplomacy, and negotiation used to direct, persuade, and influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, time sensitive, and collaborative environment
  • High degree of comfort with ambiguity
