Best Buy Co., Inc. has multiple openings in Richfield, MN for the position of Engineer – Identity & Access Management to design, build, and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity, and security into system design. Analyze and gather requirements for new application integration with Oracle Identity Suite of Identity & Access Management. Analyze complex business challenges in the area of identity and access management; propose architectural design and create solution and design documents for new integration. Deploy new Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Access Request Portal and upgraded to newer versions. Customize software systems (Persistent UI, etc) and UI for custom webpages based on designs provided by UX team. Provide detailed specifications and estimates from which development will be executed at the program level. Review, develop, test and implement security plans, products and control techniques. Provide technical support post project implementations. Review audit/security findings and engage in remediation. Review Single Sign On (SSO) configurations prior to go-live. Migrate legacy applications to new solutions. Research new technologies and propose enhancements to infrastructure security and end user experience, with knowledge of the Best Buy IAM Roadmap. Maintain infrastructure, evaluate system performance via load testing, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements. There are multiple openings for this role. Requires: Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely-related IT discipline, plus two (2) years of experience engaging in UI development with end user experience, creating SSO features, applying Federation protocols (SAML, WS-FED, or OAUTH), and using Oracle Identity Suite of Identity & Access Management, Ping Federate, SSO webservices (REST, Certificate Authentication, Federation Services, OAuth or OpenID), and IAM concepts (SSO, Identity Federation, Resource Provisioning, or Enterprise Directory Architecture). Experience must include at least one (1) year of experience building large scale enterprise software for the enhanced protection and integrity of internal systems and applications at a multinational company, and using SecureAuth IDP or similar MFA products (RSA, Ping, or OAAM).
