Description

The Operations Field Support Senior Manager is the leader of the Operations Field Support Team and responsible for the development of Operations strategies and processes and their execution at retail. In addition, the Operations Field Support Senior Manager provides strategic direction and support (including performance insights and analysis) for the Territory and District Field Support teams.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (liberal arts, business or related preferred)and/or 5 or more years of retail management experience

Preferred Qualifications

8 or more years progressive Operations or related experience (including advanced education)

2 or more years project management experience.

5 or more years financial management experience

6 or more years people or resource leadership experience (indirect or direct)
