		<description><![CDATA[Sr Manager, IT Product/Capability Management (Retail Transaction Systems)<br/><br/>Job Number:<br/>10000000TJ<br/><br/>Description<br/><br/>Best Buy's Business Strategy Team, which is a critical part of the overall Best Buy Technology Group and IT structure, has a key position available supporting the Company's Retail Transaction Systems business and its strategic priorities.<br/><br/>This role will be a deep functional subject matter expert of the Retail Transaction Systems business and is focused on driving the roadmap for our technology platforms in support of the business objectives. Key position responsibilities include:<br/><br/>* defining a product strategy roadmap and technology platform with features and capabilities that will enable multi-channel functionality<br/>* facilitating and capturing on-going platform enhancement requests and ensure requests are in alignment with  growth plans and prioritized for implementation.<br/>* owning product delivery accountability within the Retail Transaction Systems capability area, including sourcing partnerships and underlying technologies; and<br/>* overseeing the work of multiple application vendors to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects.<br/><br/>This position also acts as a functional subject matter expert for both business leaders and application development teams.  The job holder must partner closely with 3rd Party providers as part of a seamless IT organization chartered to deliver IT services and process capabilities.
