This is a newly created position within an expanding Global Tax Department.

The Manager, Tax Credits & Incentives will provide overall management and strategy development of tax credits and incentives for all federal, state and local taxes. This includes leading the compliance reporting efforts for the program, supporting audits, identifying new tax credit and incentive opportunities, managing tax credits and incentive projects, partnering with internal groups to identify opportunities and manage various external vendors.

Responsibilities:

Develop cross-functional relationships with Real Estate, Legal, Treasury, Payroll, Facilities, Store Management, HR, Business Development & Government Affairs groups to facilitate and enhance the identification of new opportunities.

Team with business groups in presentations to political officials, economic development boards to negotiate concessions for new locations.
