Description

This position will support all operations in the Mid Atlantic states. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting field locations in building strong relationships between employees and managers/supervisors which is the essence of creating an Issue Free work environment where each employee can contribute to their maximum potential. They will accomplish this by delivering and executing programs focused on training, trust, ethics, fairness, conflict resolution, and compliance. In doing so, they will mitigate the risk that our associates will seek third party intervention to resolve their issues at work. They will be lead responders to situations involving union activity at our locations.

Basic Qualifications:

* 4 or more years of Human Resources management with an emphasis on employee/labor relations
* Proven experience creating and maintaining an issue free work environment that makes third party intervention unnecessary
* Extensive hands on knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and government compliance requirements
* 1 or more years of proven training and facilitation skills
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a Retail, Services or a Logistics environment
* Degree
* Bi-lingual in Spanish
