As a business partner and leader within our Ardmore, OK Distribution Center and also supporting other DC related facilities in the Territory; the Human Resources Manager (HRM) will work directly with leadership and most importantly our non-exempt employees to implement HR programs including development; talent management including selection, development, retention, performance management, rewards and compensation; measurement, compliance and maintaining an issue free work environment, and change management.

They will partner with the HR Capability teams to develop and improve HR programs and policies to enhance the non-exempt employee experience. This position is also responsible for being an effective change agent and knowledgeable business partner who can influence business decisions.

The HRM will provide leadership and work direction for a HR Assistant.

Basic Qualifications:

*High School diploma or equivalent

*3 or more years of experience translating Human Resource requirements and initiatives into messages tailored for non-exempt work force

*Proven experience working within a leadership team to drive business performance

*Proven ability to effectively interact with a large non-exempt work force

*Ability to travel a minimum 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

**BA

**PHR / SPHR certification

**3 plus years of developing creative HR solutions for business capability groups (Supply Chain)

**Retail or manufacturing experience

**Proven supervisory and/or management experience
