		<description><![CDATA[Logistics Human Resources Manager - Ardmore, OK<br/><br/>Job Number:<br/>10000000FT<br/><br/>Description<br/><br/>As a business partner and leader within our Ardmore, OK Distribution Center and also supporting other DC related facilities in the Territory; the Human Resources Manager (HRM) will work directly with leadership and most importantly our non-exempt employees to implement HR programs including development; talent management including selection, development, retention, performance management, rewards and compensation; measurement, compliance and maintaining an issue free work environment, and change management.<br/><br/>They will partner with the HR Capability teams to develop and improve HR programs and policies to enhance the non-exempt employee experience. This position is also responsible for being an effective change agent and knowledgeable business partner who can influence business decisions.<br/><br/>The HRM will provide leadership and work direction for a HR Assistant.<br/><br/>Basic Qualifications:<br/><br/>*High School diploma or equivalent<br/><br/>*3 or more years of experience translating Human Resource requirements and initiatives into messages tailored for non-exempt work force<br/><br/>*Proven experience working within a leadership team to drive business performance<br/><br/>*Proven ability to effectively interact with a large non-exempt work force<br/><br/>*Ability to travel a minimum 10% of the time<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>**BA<br/><br/>**PHR / SPHR certification<br/><br/>**3 plus years of developing creative HR solutions for business capability groups (Supply Chain)<br/><br/>**Retail or manufacturing experience<br/><br/>**Proven supervisory and/or management experience<br/><br/>Job: Human Resources<br/><br/>Primary Location: United States-OK-Ardmore<br/><br/>Organization: Best Buy US Distribution & Logistics<br/><br/>Job Type: Regular/Full-Time<br/><br/>Job Posting: Aug 30, 2010]]></description>
