		<description><![CDATA[Sr. Director VOCE<br/><br/>Job Number:<br/>100000008P<br/><br/>Description<br/><br/>Job Summary:<br/><br/>The Sr. Director, Consumer Insights VOCE creates the overall process for capturing consumer information through employees at all customer touch points.  The leader identifies and prioritizes new issues to push to insight strategists and businesses.  The role also ensures the voice of the employee (representing the customer) is included in all business problem solving, continuously improves the process of gathering employee input and identifies improvements to tools and systems that may be required.  This leader will be responsible for ensuring coordination with other employee feedback channels across the enterprise and sharing of knowledge along with best practices across geographies and brands with regard to VOCE.<br/><br/>The vision of the CIU is to provide a clear, relevant, actionable, measurable and trusted view of the consumer to the enterprise that is acted upon to drive growth of the global enterprise.   The Sr. Director, Consumer Insights Analytics will contribute to forming an effective, global CIU that is strongly linked to all aspects of the business, unlocking the value of Best Buy enterprise's rich data by allowing for insight need identification and generation as well as communication of insights in the vernacular of the business user, and building a function that balances global capabilities with flexibility for local execution.<br/><br/>Basic Qualifications:<br/><br/>*<br/>14 Years' experience in retail, research, analytics, business<br/><br/>*<br/>6 Years' managerial or leadership experience including people and budget responsibility<br/><br/>*<br/>6 Years' experience managerial cross-functional teams<br/><br/>*<br/>7 Years' project management experience<br/><br/>*<br/>7 Years' research, analytics, statistics and/or database knowledge and experience (using tools, applications, platforms, etc)<br/><br/>*<br/>Experience in identifying new issues, trends and opportunities from employee insights<br/><br/>*<br/>Customer service orientation<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>*<br/>4 Years' leadership experience in the following: Leading a consumer insights function for the global consumer-oriented organizational in retail, manufacturing or a related industry<br/><br/>*<br/>Multi-channel/multi-brand business<br/><br/>*<br/>Retail or retail operations experience<br/><br/>*<br/>Knowledge or call center operations<br/><br/>Job: Marketing<br/><br/>Primary Location: United States-MN-Corporate Headquarters-Richfield<br/><br/>Organization: Best Buy US Corporate<br/><br/>Job Type: Regular/Full-Time<br/><br/>Job Posting: Mar 15, 2010]]></description>
