		<description><![CDATA[Tax Manager, Federal<br/><br/>The Manager of Federal Income Tax position will be responsible for the coordination and review of all Federal income tax filings including a complex consolidated federal income tax return, partnership - joint venture compliance, and tax return disclosures.  In addition, this position will be responsible for the review of quarterly estimates and extension calculations.  The manager position will also be responsible for various information requests from the IRS.  You will also assist in implementation of planning projects and accounting for income taxes (FAS 109 and FIN 48).  This position will also be responsible for staff development and training.
