Description
Full responsibility for the entire facility. General Manager will provide leadership, support, communication & direction toward the effective operation of a white goods distribution center. We are looking for that dynamic leader that will motivate a team of great individuals. Manage policies & procedures. Ensure performance goals & objectives are met. Track, measure and control all levels of service including quality of service and P&L accountability. Partnerships with the retail stores, vendors and customers are essential. There is a financial aspect to this position in managing P&L, labor, inventory and damage. This position is critical to the success of this facility.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of logistics, operational, warehouse or inventory experience.
At least 5 years of P&L management experience.
At least 2 years of multi-facility management
Four-year degree or equivalent management experience is required.
