The Geek Squad Vendor Repairs Representative ensures the fast and efficient processing of product repairs to and from the Geek Squad Service Center and product vendors. This role is critical in coordination and management of out Out to Vendor program and policies, ensuring reasonable repair timeframes are met, and units are shipped and received efficiently and accurately which ultimately improves customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Service repair centers can get dusty, dirty and noisy, must be willing to work in this type of an environment.
- With or without reasonable accomodation(s), must be able to lift or maneuver up to 75 pounds.
