Senior Financial Analyst - Business Analysis Job
Location: Corporate Headquarters-Richfield, MN, US
The Business Analysis team supports our Enterprise growth strategies by providing analytical support to enhance current operational efficiency, and to identify and leverage strategic growth opportunities.
The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for taking a lead role in business case development that delivers significant economic value to the Enterprise. This will include market analysis, competitive positioning, financial viability, and ensuring strategic fit within our brand and capabilities. The position will support initiatives across multiple functions at all levels within the Domestic and International organizations and will work either independently or within a small team to quickly address opportunities. The analysis will include a presentation of actionable recommendations to Sr. Management that materially impact the Enterprise's value to shareholders.
Qualified candidates should have previous in-depth experience in applying advanced financial, analytical and strategic methodology to evaluate and solve complex business problems. Candidates should also be comfortable with ambiguity, independent thought, managing multiple priorities, and possess strong written and oral communications skills. Ideal candidates will be results oriented, possess strong drive, and demonstrate proven leadership ability.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
3 or more years of financial and/or business analysis experience
Intermediate knowledge of integrated financial statement analysis (IS, BS, CF) and valuation methods (NPV, DCF, EVA)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience presenting to Management
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
MBA
3 or more years of business valuation experience
Retail experience
Valuation & Contractual Structuring experience
Previous work experience with a national management consulting firm
