SAP Security Manager Job
Location: Corporate Headquarters-Richfield, MN, US
Best Buy's Global Information Security function, responsible for the programs and practices that ensure the security of our most critical information, is seeking an SAP Security Lead with a highly developed knowledge of SAP security and authorization procedures, to report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer. The role will be responsible for leading the SAP Security Team (Best Buy and Accenture) in the ongoing rollout activities for an international implementation while managing the operational activities associated with the active users in SAP.
This position is responsible for all aspects of SAP Security including but not limited to:
·Defining or refinining SAP Security Strategy to support global rollout requirements.
·Establishing the ongoing processes for role maintenance activities, including compliance requirements.
·Acting as a liaison between the SAP Security Team and other business teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP Environment.
·Ensuring the SAP Security Administration team achieves target SLA's, Audit Compliance, management defined performance metrics, and provides input to all SAP Security related policies, procedures, control sets, and best practices.
·Coordinating continued deployment of ongoing projects and deployments to ensure compliance with security methodology and design requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; be a self-motivated team player, and be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment while managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. Other requirements include:

Basic Requirements:
·Bachelor Degree
·5 or more years experience in the following:
·SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience.
·SOD resolution (SAP GRC preferred).
·ERP System role creation and maintenance.
·Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Requirements:
·BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or other technical discipline.
·SAP Security and Controls Certified
·With SAP or other ERPs:
·Have a strong understanding of authorization concept, SU24 maintenance
·Experience creating/working with organizational Level creations and maintenance.
·Experience executing traces utilizing ST01 and SM19 and interpreting results.
·Experience Interpreting SU53 results.
·Experience working and adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley legal requirements.
