Best Buy is developing world-class mobile products and technology infrastructure to support mobile commerce. The company has developed a diverse set of mobile products to engage with consumers, including iPhone applications, a mobile web site (m.bestbuy.com) and SMS content delivery. Best Buy has enabled mobile innovation through the Remix API platform.
The company is hiring a product manager to manage product requirements for and drive innovation around Best Buy's mobile web site, m.bestbuy.com. This position will require an individual who has strong product vision related to mobile commerce, as well as the ability to articulate that product vision into clear requirements. This individual will create PRDs and work cross-functionally to define the mobile web site and SMS products.
Specific responsibilities include:

Responsible for product management of m.bestbuy.com and the integration between m.bestbuy.com and commerce-enabled mobile applications.
* Reconcile the product vision for m.bestbuy.com against broader organization initiatives.
* Gather product requirements from various teams across Best Buy and work with the channel leads to prioritize and define product/feature roadmap.
* Document user stories and work with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure they are implemented correctly and accepted by the business team.
* Define key product components to drive in-store traffic and transactions.
* Work closely with the business analyst and lead to provide product usage insights; regularly incorporate learnings into the product roadmap.
* Monitor product satisfaction and incorporate key learnings into roadmap.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma
3 or more years ecommerce experience
3 or more years Developing and launching Internet-enabled products & solutions
3 or more years Working with Internet technologies or SMS technologies
3 or more years Working with mobile marketing or SMS marketing technologies
2 or more years Agile development product management (i.e., user stories, story acceptance, etc…)
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
