Packaging Project Lead Emerging Markets (EM) Job
Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area, MN, US
The Packaging Project Lead Emerging Markets (EM), Exclusive Brands, provides packaging expertise and project management for all Exclusive Brands products procured by the ExB Team globally. Primary responsibilities include supporting the International Cross-Functional Teams (point of contact for Cross-Channel Opportunities and New and Emerging Markets), Packaging Process, measuring and monitoring of the Service Provider Metrics and the Packaging Supplier Production Scorecards, manages and collaborates with Packaging Service Providers and Packaging Suppliers for the end-to-end execution of product packages, and coordinates all packaging activities and timelines globally. The Packaging Project Lead Emerging Markets collaborates with the Sr. Global Packaging Manager, Packaging Manager - Asia, Packaging Project Specialist - Asia, Sourcing Managers, Product Managers, Customer Marketing & Strategy, Legal, Customs Compliance, Best Buy Asia and International Expansion Teams. The single most important role of this position is to deliver Packaging that consistently meets the Brand Standards in the Emerging Markets supported (design, cost, color, finish, specifications, etc) as established by the Exclusive Brand Team on a timely basis.
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in Packaging, Branding, Commercialization, Photography, Pre-Media and/or Print
2 or more years of experience in working with packaging service providers/suppliers quality assurance and quality control experience
Project management experience and experience working cross functionally
Computer and presentation skills (MS products)
Preferred Qualifications:
Merchandising and /or Manufacturing experience
International Business experience
