Basic Qualifications
• 1 year Supervisory/Management experience
• 1 year direct experience building/retaining consumer relationships
• 1 year of hands-on knowledge/playing experience in at least one of the following categories: Guitar, Keyboards, Drums, Pro-Audio equipment, DJ, Drums, Recording technology

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year experience in Musical Instruments Retail (Guitar Center, Sam Ash, local, ect)
• Supervisory experience in Musical Instruments Retail
• Experience building and sustaining customer relationships
• Ability to play and teach multiple categories. i.e, guitar, drums keyboard and recording technology such as computers and instrument software
• Detail oriented and have ability to supervise lessons, repair service, and scheduling
