Market Analysis Analyst Job
Location: Corporate Headquarters-Richfield, MN, US
This position is a member of Best Buy's Market Analysis team, providing location analysis and market expertise for multiple geographical areas. Requires an understanding of sales forecasting methods. Works in close partnership with executive-level team to steer market densification, a key strategic priority. This Analyst is directly responsible for long term capital investments of over $100MM across all Best Buy brands. This person is required to be accurate, utilizing fact-based problem solving skills, and communicating results to Senior Leadership of Best Buy.
Maintains confidential relationships with business partners: TGM, DM, Real Estate Directors and external brokers. Has high quality written and presentation skills, and manages multiple projects in conjunction with varying travel schedules as needed.
Basic Requirements
·Bachelors Degree
·2 or more year of experience in parallel domains (Marketing, Planning / Urban Planning, or similar.)
·Ability to travel up to 30%
·experience GIS user, along with ArcView, MapInfo
Preferred
·Graduate Level degree in Geography, Planning, Urban Planning, or similar.
