Successful candidates in this position will:
• Enjoy interacting with people discussing music and show an ability to discuss intimate knowledge of music in general.
• Initiate conversation naturally and show authentic interest in others.
• Instinctively connect with people and be able to discover meaningful details to uncover unique needs and musical talents.
• Ability to connect within the music community locally.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• 3 Months Selling experience
• 1 year of hands-on knowledge/playing experience in at least one of the following categories: Guitar, Keyboards, Drums, Pro-Audio equipment, DJ, Drums, Recording technology
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year of teaching/lessons experience with Guitar/other musical instruments
• 1 year of experience in a band
