The Geek Squad In Home Repair Admin assists the In Home Manager/Supervisor with the Delivery Distribution Center product and repair process flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing & processing paperwork
- Staging product for repair
- Cleaning and wrapping product
- Ordering of parts
- Monitoring parts delay statuses
- Creating and routing technician work schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
- Service repair centers can get dusty, dirty and noisy, must be willing to work in this type of an environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months customer service or technical industry
- 6 months experience using a personal computer
