This role will be responsible to assist the In Home Manager/Supervisor with daily monitoring of technician activities. Responsibilities also include monitoring part issues including parts research, auditing daily status reports for service delays and core returns, and assist in the monitoring of productivity reports.
Key Responsibilities:
40% of time will be spent assisting the In Home Manager/Supervisor with monitoring technician activity
- Tech Routes-print and audit techs routes daily
- Tech Daily Productivity Report
- Missing Route Report
- GE Fleet/Fuel Reports
- Order Office/Tech supplies
- Maintain Tech Calendars
30% of time will be spent monitoring parts issues
- Parts Research
- Receiving Parts
- Audit techs HFP work orders
- Core Report
20% of time will be spent assisting the In Home Manager/Supervisor with the monitoring of financial and productivity reports
10% of time will be spent performing other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months customer service or technical industry - 6 months experience using a personal computer
