Responsible for the execution of the Best Buy For Business (BBFB) direct sales strategies at the market level. Executes these direct sales strategies by functioning as a sales producing professional, as well as by leading and managing their sales solutions teams. The Selling Team Leader actively seeks new business clients, receiving leads from direct prospecting, community networking, retail stores, partners and direct marketing campaigns. The Selling Team Leader utilizes a defined selling methodology including; initial on-site consultation, proposal development, presentation and adaptation of the solution, closing the sale, and merchandise procurement. The Selling Team Leader is an expert in establishing strong business relationships and managing client expectations utilizing the BBFB outside selling methodology. By understanding the dynamics of their clients' businesses, and assessing their needs, the Selling Team Leader provides appropriate solutions directly or introduces the appropriate BBFB Solutions Specialist to the relationship. The Selling Team Leader is ultimately responsible for their clients' end to end experience.
Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Key Responsibilities:
· Works independently applying the BBFB outside selling methodology to build new and to maintain existing business client relationships
· Portfolio Management: Provides on-going support to existing client base
· Supervision of Solutions Specialists
· Functions as an ambassador for BBFB at internal and public networking functions
Relocation is not available for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years Direct supervisory experience
Able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation(s)
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Valid driver's license

5 or more years Direct supervisory experience

6 or more years Proven success in the Business to Business sale of complex, consultative, or technology-related solutions to businesses of various sizes

3 or more years Vendor, manufacturer, integrator experience in the provision on commercial technology products and services
