As an Asset Protection Associate for Best Buy, you will support the operation of your Best Buy store by ensuring a safe, secure and profitable store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaches store employees on standards, policies and best practices related to safety and crisis events and monitors compliance with safety behaviors.
- Assists in resolving any hazards, compliance issues and investigates any employee or customer accidents.
- Monitors the store for security risks and alarm functionality.
- Delivers asset protection training and ensures employee safety trainings are current.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
-18 years of age or older
Preferred Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- Experience in a position that was accountable for the safety and security of people and/or company assets
