Store General Manager
To manage a store within the standard operating platform to achieve maximum profitability, while maintaining a positive employee environment, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and demonstrate the company values and business image of the company. Provide leadership to the entire store staff. REQUIREMENTS • 5+ yrs Retail Management (General Store Manager or Multi-Unit Manager)/Leadership experience – Big Box • Responsible for 81+ people • Directly responsible and held accountable for annual revenue, operating budget, or profit & loss dollars of $21+ million • 2 yrs sales related experience
