Responsible for learning established techniques, standards, and procedures for installing mobile electronics at Best Buy. Expected to learn and adhere to Best Buy operational procedures and provide technical recommendations and assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
70% of time will be spent learning appropriate techniques for mobile installation.
20% of time will be spent consulting with customers to identify their needs and provide the best solution while adhering to Best Buy selling best practices.
10% of time will be spent performing other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
3-6 months work experience in Customer Service or Sales
- At least 18 years of age or older
Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience
