• Develop, maintain and communicate up-to-date knowledge of Best Buy and competitive products and accessories. Respected, respectful and knowledgeable musicians are the key to our musical instruments department.
• Maintain functionality of department products, displays, customer information and demonstrate equipment.
• Respond to customer concerns and needs, support and assist in achievement of store and department customer care and sales goals and objectives.
• Provide the best shopping and playing environment for musical instruments by creating relationships with customers and the music community.
