- This was a very moving and important experience. It will take me some time to process everything I learned. The most basic, critical thing I took away was the realization that people have different experiences. I thought I knew that, but I didn't really understand that. The ability to listen to others and respect their point of view, especially when it differs from mine, is so critical!
- This was a great experience. I went into the meeting knowing that I would be impacted, but also feeling that I was already in a pretty good place from a diversity standpoint. I was wrong. The impact was far greater and I learned a lot more about myself and the way I deal with diversity and people that are different than me, than I ever imagined.

- The experience was very enlightening for me as I come from a very non-diverse area. My state is 95% Caucasian. As a result I have been living with blinders on. This was an exceptional training as it will not only make me a better manager for Best Buy, it will make me a better person overall.
